Join us!The details.Day-to-day responsibilities:Assist in reviewing industry reports and articles to catalog prospect client demographicsIndependently qualify leads via cold outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.Screen leads via video and phone meetings to determine most appropriate next steps in the sales processPartner closely with assigned Senior Vice President of Sales Executive to ensure strong communication and proper handoff of qualified leadsProvide follow up support to assigned SVP of Sales Executive through the entire sales cycle, including:(a) Support for scheduling internal and external client facing meetings as needed for each stage of the sales cycle,(b) Assist in reaching out for deliverables or updates from internal Ubiquity departments as clients progress through the pipeline, etc.Meet regularly with assigned SVP of Sales Executive to review activities andopportunities from the prior dayAnalyze existing accounts to identify trends and opportunities in the marketManage sales database by entering critical information needed to successfully manage each prospect’s accountTrack decision makers from existing Ubiquity clients as they move onto new roles at new companiesAssist in making edits to proposals and related client facing attachmentsWilling to quickly learn the Fintech, Financials Services, Healthcare, and E-commerce vertical industries, Ubiquity product lines, and BPO sectorIdeal candidates have:3 to 5 years of sales support or related experienceEducation: College Degree or Equivalent ExperienceEnglish Proficiency: ExcellentProficient writing skillsAssertive sales mentalityWork well under tight deadlinesExcellent online research skillsProficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent ability to capture, format, and report sales progress and lead data for review by Executive TeamWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
