Join us!Duties and Responsibilities:As a Benefits POC:Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policiesMaking recommendations based on data analysesMonitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trendsWorking with insurance brokers and benefits careersManaging the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processesAs an Administrative Advocate:Apply effective communication strategies Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveysKeep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filedEnsure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulationsConduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports,Processing of government - mandated benefits such as SSS sickness and maternity, Pagibig, loans and issuance of Philhealth documents.Processing of company related benefitsIdeal candidates have:College Graduate of a 4-year courseAt least 6 months working experience in HR specifically compensation and benefits/payrollAdept in using MS office applicationsWilling to work in BGC and EastwoodWhat we do.Ubiquity delivers business process outsourcing and advisory solutions across customer service, technology, and operations.
