Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:The Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation and administration of benefits plans. Ensures total benefits package is competitive with the market and meets company objectives maintaining legal compliance. Oversees activity and coordination with all third party vendors. Responsibilities:Leverage, design, and implement Benefits programs consistent with best practices and benchmarking in Benefits Administration and Management, wellness, work/life, health & welfare, and/or financial plansCreate communication and change management plans and materials to keep employees and the organization updated on plan changes, updates, and implementation.Implement and improve processes in benefits administration, government compliance, and reporting requirements.Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.Manage and interact with contractors, vendors, brokers, internal stakeholders and other partners providing benefits-related services.Recruit, manage, motivate, and develop direct reports to ensure that they achieve their potential and that their performance contributes to the achievement of business objectives.Manage the Benefits/Total Rewards budget and contribute to the annual and business plans for the organization to ensure cost optimization.Manage Business Continuity Plans in relation to Benefits/Total Rewards.Other jobs as may be assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Bachelors in related fields, or equivalent work experience.5+ years experience in Benefits function and 3+ years as a manager, required.BPO experience is desirable.Customer service experience and awareness.Team management experience.Good communication skills.Analytical skills.Experience in Workday is desirable.Willing to work flexible hours as may be necessary.Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite skills.What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
