Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Job Summary of the UI/UX DesignerThe UX Designer is responsible for collecting, researching, investigating, and evaluating user requirements and delivers an outstanding user experience, providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.What it will do●Understands business requirements and technical limitations;●Gathers insights from user research, usability testing, and UI/UX benchmark examples, and consequently applies user-centered design principles to identify design and user needs;●Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.●Translates complex business requirements and concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive and engaging user experiences;●Adjusts concepts and final designs and performs edits based on clients’ comments and feedback and gains full approval.●Keep up-to-date on design trends, tools, and techniques.●Be an advocate for users and passionate about the experience.●Prepares weekly and monthly regular reports of progress or as needed.●Willing to take on new responsibilities as may be assigned/required by the management.●Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.What do we need from you?●Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably in Art/Design, Computer Science, or any related field.●With at least 5+ years of proven experience in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design, website development, marketing, and brand development.●Must attach a portfolio of completed design projects; a must.●Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and/or other digital apps related to the field; a must.●Ability to create wireframes to present workflows, layouts, and interactions●Highly organized and strong attention to detail.●Strong Problem-solving skills and creative thinking.●Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).●Collaborative and able to work both independently and in a team environment. ●Experience with Agile.What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
