Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Ubiquity is looking for a global Total Rewards Director to lead the design, development, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs across our global locations (APAC, Europe, Americas), to continue to attract, motivate, and retain high performing employees. Job Description:Define the organization’s global total rewards philosophy and competitive remuneration and rewards systems for each local market to align employees to the organization’s business, culture, performance management and engagement strategiesDevelop and implement competitive total rewards strategies that include compensation, benefits, retirement, engagement, and other incentive programs, that are cost effective, market competitive, and motivate the achievement of organizational objectivesEnsure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefitsProvide effective leadership to the total rewards team through effective coaching and performance managementLead the resolution of compensation and benefits policy issues and ensure seamless adoption and communication of any new policies or policy changes to stakeholders and employeesOversee the review, communication, and implementation of annual benefit programs, annual total compensation reviews, and the annual performance review reward processOther duties as assigned Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration or other related fieldPrior experience in Human Resources, including significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programs (ie, retirement, LTIP, stock plans, etc)Experience leading a team of total rewards professionalsFamiliarity with the regulatory requirements in each of the specified markets preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information and respond to questions from varying levels of internal and external partners.
