You will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition and engagement of customers across a portfolio of products through our branded and unbranded initiatives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable expertise in driving data-driven marketing strategy, knowledge of the latest MarTech and AdTech tools, an advanced understanding of the social and content syndication channels, with working understanding of programmatic and search. Familiarity of other performance marketing channels/functions such as marketing analytics, CRM/lifecycle marketing, growth marketing or SAAS marketing is a plus. This role cover the EMEA and APCJ regions, with potential to expand expertise globally. It will support the Director, Marketing based in the United Kingdom with an additional reporting line into our Sr Manager, Global Media based in Seattle, WA, United States.  This is a fixed-term contractor role, starting immediately with an initial 12-month contract term, with potential for contract renewal/transition to full-time employee.  What You’ll Do Work closely with F5 EMEA digital marketing team to build and activate media plans that meet global and field team objectives  Ownership of the structure, tactical direction, optimization, and spend for content syndication and paid social Monitor performance of campaigns and make regular adjustments based on real-time performance Provide recommendations and insights to influence content strategy and user journeys  Coordinate with global media teams to represent campaign plans and performance within centralized documentation and dashboards Ensure media plans and builds are in line with best practices and in compliance with regulations  Advocate for innovation across partners, audiences, formats, etc. to continue to improve our ability to drive qualified leads Analyze media performance data and collaborate with Analytics, Search, Social and Global Program Strategists to make optimization recommendations for media spend across channels to increase ROMI and meet business objectives  Champion the ongoing development of media processes, tools, and best-in-class usage of data integrations, personalization, and attribution that deliver against overall business objectives and strategies  What We’re Looking For  A number of years of related experience in paid media, with an emphasis on content syndication and social Bachelor degree preferred Digital agency experience preferred, with a strong preference for an individual that has experience in or tenured collaboration across most marketing disciplines (content syndication, paid social, paid search, programmatic DSPs, marketing analytics, ad operations, and/or audience strategy (CDPs or DMPs)) Knowledge of social media ad platforms (LinkedIn a must), data visualization tools (Tableau/Datorama), and content syndication partners Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
