You will participate in the design and implementation of our edge computing platform that is used to deploy global, scalable and secure applications. Your work includes, but not limited to, API definition, implementation, deployment, operational management, and debugging. Primary Responsibilities: Manage production environment by monitoring availability and alerts and promptly remediate any issues that arise in production environment Develop tooling, processes to make sure F5 Cloud highly available, scalable and highly performant Design and deliver infrastructure solutions that will help build, deploy and handle the service components of the platform Remediate security vulnerabilities in our services, platform on regular basis Investigate various open source and proprietary technologies, components, libraries, tools etc. and help build a highly available, highly scalable and easily manageable system Demonstrate technical leadership in multiple domain areas, providing mentorship to other team members Partner with development teams to improve services on an on going basis Demonstrate leadership by taking responsibility and ownership of F5 Cloud Platform software components and deliver a complete product satisfying functional, scale, performance and manageability requirements Hands-on coding in multiple languages while considering performance, scalability, maintainability, and flexibility Participate in on-call rotation Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in as an SRE Developer/Operations Engineer Experience with building and designing distributed network control plane Attention to detail, can do attitude and mindset to raise the bar is a must Technical confidence and familiarity with DevOps tools Solid experience with at least one of the Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Deep understanding about Linux System.
