The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our subscription data across all systems and platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with our data engineering and analytics teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.Responsibilities:Develop and implement data quality rules and standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify and resolve data quality issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data is accurately captured and maintained.Develop and maintain documentation on data quality processes and procedures, including terminology, definitions, and categorization of data.Communicate data quality issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.Provide recommendations and system enhancements/efficiencies to address source data issues.Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports.Perform ad hoc data quality analyses as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science/MIS, Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field1+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a related fieldStrong understanding of data quality principles and methodologiesExperience with navigating and reviewing Salesforce dataUnderstanding of Snowflake and data analysis tools such as Excel or Python a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyKnowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks is a plusQuarter end flexibility required to allow for occasional extra hoursExcellent English language written & verbal communications, both technical and non-technicalIf you are passionate about data quality and have a strong desire to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data, then we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
