Our Sales Operations Specialist's are involved in all stages of the sales process ensuring that sales activities are best supported and conducted in accordance with F5’s policies. This role provides a high level support to both internal and external sales teams to facilitate strong relationships and generate revenue for F5. This is a fast paced role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, multi-tasker, loves details and wants to exceed expectations.You will be responsible for but are not limited to, supporting a district of Account Managers, basic project management, order processing, troubleshooting and problem solving, tracking and reporting, sales support, training, and other assigned activities.Primary Responsibilities Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policiesAct as primary sales support to a sales district and the associated Account ManagersSupport your assigned Account Managers with Salesforce.com, preparing quotes, reviewing committ reports and other sales related tasksOrder processing of Purchase Orders and resolving order issuesAct as liaison between Field Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance and AccountingMonitor and maintain assigned program(s)Provide communication and education on current processes and best practicesAnswer pre and post sales questions from partners and F5 sales teamsResearch inquiries and assist internal and external customersCoordinating requests, escalations, fire drills and day to day activitiesEnsure the integrity of the SalesForce dataPerforms other related duties as assignedThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.  However, the description may not be all-inclusive, and responsibilities and requirements are subject to change.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be detailed oriented with a proven ability to multi-taskEffective communication, both in written and verbal form, to interact with cross functional teams and departmentsMust be a self-starter and effective time managerPassion for customer experience and exceeding expectationsVery organized and detail orientedAbility to work in a fast pace environmentBasic research skillsCapable of working under time constraints and meeting tight deadlinesQuarter end flexibility required to allow for occasional extra hoursQualificationsBA/BS degree preferredNo previous professional experience requiredPreviously worked in a high-tech environment is highly desirableProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentDuties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed materialDuties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)F5 Networks, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and strongly supports diversity in the workplaceThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
