You love unique challenges and solving messy problems.We are seeking a process-driven and detail-oriented person to lead the campaign operations and executions team.  As part of the growing marketing demand generation team, the Manager of Marketing Campaign Operations will assist with Marketo campaign execution projects and day-to-day team management tasks.  This is a player-coach role and the ideal candidate is looking for growth, learning opportunities, and enjoys a work environment that builds strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration. Duties/Responsibilities:Build a strong trusted partnership with marketing stakeholders including field marketing, customer marketing, and partner marketing to drive program execution from requirements through build, testing, deployment and measurement while providing recommendations for campaign optimization.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to set up Marketo campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed in order to drive accurate and consistent reporting.Support the marketing team by providing daily hands-on assistance with building Marketo programs.  This includes email builds/sends, landing pages, list imports, segmentation, webinars, events, etc.Facilitate campaign calendar reviews to identify overlapping messages and/or audiences and drive corrective action.Troubleshoot and drive resolution technical and/or operational issues; conduct post-mortems on campaign incidents.Promote best practices on data governance and data hygiene within the MarTech stack.Manage daily workload and is familiar with project management tools such as Wrike and JIRA, and keep tasks up to date to ensure smooth status communication and transparency to stakeholders.Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to data errors, system workflows, and platform inconsistencies (work with the team members to identify root causes and recommend solutions for improvement and address efficiency gaps)QA and support for email campaign builds and other marketing efforts via Marketo (list workflows, template management, etc.)Responsible for creating documentation and training for marketing operations processes and system.Partner closely with global marketing operations team to continually improve and refine lead scoring, waterfall metrics, lead flow process, and ensure optimal flow through the lead lifecycle.A desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency. You think in terms of scale and build with automation and repeatable processes.Maintain and improve complex global nurture implementation.Required Skills/Abilities:Proven history of improving Marketo processes, including training, mentoring, and upleveling others.Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally.Past experience leading a remote team, and proven ability to hire, and develop A players.Education and Experience:5+ years of proven experience with Marketo managing operational responsibilities such as building webinars, events, landing pages and email blasts.Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a people manager.Advanced Marketo experience requiredWorking knowledge of Salesforce required.Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with an extreme attention to detail while interacting with multiple stakeholders.Previous experience with lead scoring, attribution model (Bizible), Predictive scoring (Mintigo) ABM analytics (Demandbase) would be beneficial.Spanish language proficiency would be beneficial.#LI-KT1#LI-REMOTEThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
