And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.Maintain conversion Testing and Optimization program from the ground up, blending business needs with industry best practices, this will include:  Maintain and grow a Testing and Optimization program focused on CRO (conversion rate optimization). The program will extend excellence and expertise through collaborative discovery, sharing of best practices, reporting on successes and failures, and engaging in ongoing education initiatives across the organization.  Leverage web analytics to evaluate the digital performance of the website(s) and pages across campaigns and always-on to identify candidates for testing and optimization Lead and maintain a closed-loop marketing-wide learning cycle where the program findings are injected back into the business, making all subsequent experiences better and more effective due to the program's output. Set goals and prioritization for the testing program while also informing development roadmaps in collaboration with UX, SEO, paid media, and GTM teams Maintain and evolve processes/workflow for programs, including campaign development and deployment, content strategy and production, segmentation, events, web development and analytics. Identify key customer journey paths partnering with UX, and development teams to optimize and test towards improved customer experience Effectively discuss, develop, and present research analysis and provide recommendations that impact and improve our customer’s experience with F5 from a digital perspective. Collaborate with campaigns team(s), various business units, and regions to design and build full-funnel journeys rooted in best practices, data, and innovation wherever possible. Mapping of user flows through F5 properties, spanning the entire user journey for use in insights generation and optimization strategies. Perform competitive analysis and research for all relevant projects Research, analyze, and socialize industry UI/UX/CX trends and competitor sites and strategies Relentlessly simplify and distill complex business processes into intuitive and elegant customer experiences. Build and maintain expertise in Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant tools.  Contribute to organizational excellence and enablement by hosting regular working sessions/brown bags across the Marketing organization   Technical requirements for role: Comfort with HTML/CSS  Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite  Proficiency using Adobe Target (or similar) Up-to-date awareness of brand guidelines and style guides Working knowledge of Javascript and JQUERY  Experience in Adobe Experience Manager Development Environment Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Analytics Workspace, and a strong understanding of reporting systems outside of Adobe Marketing Cloud products (Tableau, Datorama, etc.) Familiarity with personalization at scale a plus  Other requirements: 5+ years of experience in testing or CRO for websites and/or web applications Physical demands and work environment duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
