And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.Role Overview:  The APCJ HR Analyst will be the lead in the journey towards Digital and Data-Driven HR.  This role will produce business-critical people insights to enable the business and HR to move faster and make better decisions by applying analytics and research to our employee data. This role will lead and drive automation projects in HR to improve HR efficiency and enhance employee experience.What you will do:HR Data & Analytics Management Own and drive analyses and modeling of HR data to identify trends and make future predictions; interpret data and communicate key findings to HR and business leaders. Develop, implement and support employee data related scorecards and dashboards. Critically evaluate and report on information gathered from multiple sources. Apply a breadth of tools and analytical techniques to answer a wide range of high-impact people-related business questions. Manage on-demand and ad hoc HR related reports and requests. Ensure HR data and systems are complying to employment laws, data privacy regulations.HR Automation & Technology Adoption Integrate key HR systems/databases for analytics, tracking key metrics and automating high volume processes.Analysing HR data from various sources, e.g. ticketing system, new hire onboarding survey, exit management records, L&D records, etc.Automate high volume/sensitive admin/HR tasks and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.Proactively drives activities that are necessary for the success of internal customers in the adoption and use of HR technology and analytics.Research, recommend and implement solutions to HR related issues or processesPartner with Global HRIS team on the data integration of HRIS systems to other company systemsKey liaison with Global HRIS and Technology Services team. What you will bring:5+ years progressive work experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving improved decision-making and outcomes; HR experience preferred. Extensive knowledge and skills in visualization tool preferably in TableauExtensive knowledge and skills in Excel and Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate)Skills in designing and developing business dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau and BI platforms.Experience in Workday and ServiceNow preferred.Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables. Strong presentation skills including building meaningful materials, presenting effectively to leadership and responding to questions on-the-fly based on in-role business context and acumen. BA/BS degree in Business, Data, HR or related fieldWhat You’ll Get: Hybrid working mode  Career growth and development opportunities   Recognitions and Rewards Employee Assistance Program  Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and cool perks Culture of Giving Back Dynamic Diversity & Inclusion interest groups  Apply if you believe your own unique capabilities can contribute to the success of this role and our organization!  #LI-YOThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
