This individual will report to the Sr. Manager of IT Applications and will be a key team member in a growing and impactful organization as SailPoint continues to scale globally as the industry leader in Identity Security. As the SharePoint Administrator, you will work closely with other members of the IT Business Applications Team to support SailPoint’s Microsoft SharePoint environment and create innovative solutions in a constantly-changing business environment. Come make your mark in a high energy environment at one of the most consistently highest rated “best places to work” in Austin over the past 10 years!  If you have ever wanted to "build it right" from the ground up and have an influence on SharePoint architecture, this is the role for you. This position is remote-friendly or can be based in our office in Austin, Texas.  Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator of SailPoint’s SharePoint Online environment, enabling collaboration and content services across the enterprise Proactively monitor SharePoint environment to ensure reliable system operation Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint/OneDrive application-related issues Manage user access, controlling access to document libraries and setting permissions Ensure the security of the application and its use per security policy and best practices Perform data backup and disaster recovery activities to prevent data loss Deploy and implement web applications and SharePoint web-parts Ensure changes are made in accordance with the corporate change management policy Develop educational and training materials for end users Define, design, and implement SharePoint-based solutions in collaboration with project team members, consultants, contractors, users, and business process owners Test and evaluate new and emerging technologies and provide recommendations for solutions for implementation in a SharePoint enterprise environment Drive continual improvement of the company’s technology, processes, and procedures through optimization and innovation with the goal of best-in-class operation Manage business demand by collaborating closely with stakeholders; building and maintaining strong relationships across the all levels of the organization to both establish and drive strategic objectives and accelerate platform adoption Lead and coordinate activities to develop and execute plans (such as root cause analysis) to identify permanent resolutions to technical or business process issues  Required Skills Due FedRAMP requirements, US Citizenship is required to be considered for this roleB.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience 3 to 7 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration/development in an enterprise environment Must be proficient with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Ability to write complex PowerShell scripts Experience developing solutions in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Ability to create and maintain custom integrations with third party applications using the SharePoint REST Service / Microsoft Graph API Thorough understanding and exposure to Azure best-practices and architecture related to the Microsoft 365 software application stack Must have experience leading architecture and technical governance strategies, ensuring that the SharePoint environment is scalable Proficiency in troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues, along with a solid understanding of standard ITSM practices (ITIL certification is a plus) Familiarity with continuous delivery model and agile development processes A particular desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies Must have a high focus on user experience with a propensity for incorporating modern design trends into solution design Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Truly enjoys delivering IT solutions and a strong desire to see the continued acceptance and success of those solutions at SailPoint SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
