You will need to be graduated from Law school, preferably you have some experience in an in-house legal department or a law firm. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Administration, Business Development, Finance, Marketing team. You will have strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to thrive within a dynamic working environment and build strong stakeholder relationships. Experience with contract law and negotiating commercial transactions is highly desirable for this role.Responsibilities include Drafts and negotiates a broad variety of contracts and other legal documentation in conjunction with Legal Counsel.Reviews a broad variety of agreements ranging from contracts for the sale of goods and services, confidentiality agreements, supply agreements, consulting agreement, beta-test agreements, and material transfer agreements to spot issues, inconsistencies, errors and omissions, etc.Independently drafts and negotiates the terms of contracts and develops legal templates and forms to be used by other departments within the company.Works closely with other departments (Sales, Sales Administration, Business Development, Finance, Marketing) to effectively address identified issues and concerns.    Responsible for various duties relating to the administration of contracts, including creating and maintaining an organizational system for contracts.Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
