Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary: As the software product owner, the role for this position is to lead a team of software Agile scrum team from instrument operation team, interfacing with stakeholders / requestors and other software teams within the organization, to deliver software releases in time and with quality for our industry-leading DNA sequencing and genotyping devicesPosition Responsibilities: Work as part of the scrum teams to design, implement, and test the instrument test software that powers our industry-leading DNA sequencing and genotyping devicesAssume the role of a product owner in an Agile scrum team.Lead the requirement gathering process and perform requirement analysis and risk analysis with stakeholder’s scrum team membersTransform operational/customer needs into technical description and software specification for a software systemEnsure the scrum team deliver the right functionality to the requirementsDrive the software release schedule and the release of software documentationsDevelop, manage, and prioritize the team’s product backlogLearn and have fun with some of the smartest people you’ll ever meet!Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs.Position Requirements: At least 3 years of working experience in Life Science industry with knowledge in DNA Sequencing or at least 3 years of experience as a software Business/System Analyst (Medical Device is preferred).
