Staff Analyst, Global Trade Compliance

Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary:The Staff Analyst, Global Trade Compliance (GTC) based in Bangalore, India will be an important team member supporting Illumina’s compliance with import and export regulations in the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region. This role requires export/import operational skills to facilitate customs entry into Illumina’s APJ facilities including Singapore, Japan, Korea, India and Australia. The successful candidate will also play a strategic role by working with cross functional teams to drive the development and implementation of business and GTC programs. This position will also assist in training and developing junior team members in the Trade Compliance team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic GTC team that is supporting the Company’s business growth in APJ and its vision to transform human health.Position Responsibilities:• Act as a subject matter expert and support day-to-day export and import operational transactions in the APJ region. Work with Illumina’s customs brokers in the APJ region for timely and accurate customs clearances.
