Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position SummaryIllumina is in search of a Staff Business Systems Analyst to act as a Solution Architect during system design, build and overall delivery of end-end SAP EWM/WM and other Logistics implementation and enhancements for multiple customer projects.ResponsibilitiesBe seen as an SAP EWM/WM expert and able to advise on standard SAP solution design and configuration for specific SAP modules and the impact of the changes on solutions and/or business process Managed risks, issues and scope control with C-level clients on complex or large projects To be seen as a trusted advisor to C-level customer executives Design and lead the delivery of customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions, either via remote dial in sessions or at customer sites Be responsible for the overall design of blueprints to provide to the end client To create and lead the delivery of end-user training, including the creation of documentation and user manuals Take a lead role in complex pre-sales activities including; customer calls, demos and presentations, customer visits, proposals, SoW, bids, reference sites and any other sales supporting activities Keep up to date with the latest SAP technology, especially within Logistics Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations Lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives also ability to deliver high-quality outcomes particularly under tight timelines Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices Requirements10+ Years of SAP experience with extensive SAP EWM Implementation and solution architect rolesExperience functional lead with demonstrated capability to work cross teams Extensive experience in supply chain management systems and processes Experience in implementation of SAP EWM with various deployment options preferably EWM on S/4 HANA. Strong exposure of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound, Storage control process, Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections, EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory and Posting Change process. Experience in creation of Master Data i.e. Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM on S/4 HANA Proficient in implementing Labour Management and Cross Docking in EWM Proficient experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services) Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, Knowledge about system enhancements configuration and documentation process.IT leadership experience with SAP WM & EWM projectsEducationBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredField of Study in Computer Science or Information Systems preferredStrong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments Consulting background is a plus #LI-REMOTEThe estimated base salary range for the Staff Business Systems Analyst, SAP EWM (US Remote or Madison, WI) role based in the United States of America is: $113,600 - $170,400. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
