The role's responsibilities include the design, development and support of GATP functionalities which will help all lines of business to improve customer commitment date.  The area of focus would be functional and would have to work with technical team to analysis various business requirement and provide appropriate solution using APO GATP solution. It also includes assessing cross functional impact of changes in existing design and new changes proposedResponsibilitiesPrimarily work on Global available to promise module in SAP APO (Advance planning and optimization) planning system.Ensure all requirements could be tracked, installed, tested, verified, and/or uninstalled or backed out, if needed. Follow Illumina testing methodology using ValGenesis application.Solid understanding of SDLC as well as expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principlesLead end-to-end deployment, testing, security testing, and adherence to quality compliance and risk managementManage business users across various planning processes like demand planning, supply planning, distribution planning and order managementWork with regional business users and align their requirements with Global processesCoordinate transition from development, testing and production environments, ensuring appropriate change tickets are created in ServiceNow, approved, and processed to meet deadlinesLead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklistsManage relationships and coordinate work between different teams (internal as well as external partnering team) across different locations.Coordinate regional business requirements with Global business team in San DiegoRequirementsStrong SAP APO GATP experience with working knowledge in APO SNPMinimum 5+yrs experience in hands-on configuration / support of SCM APO-GATP with at least minimum 2 end to end GATP implementation projectsStrong knowledge of various GATP functionalities like Rules based ATP, Backorder processing, product allocationKnowledge of STO availability check process.Knowledge of sales BOM functionality in SAP ECCUnderstanding of SAP SD ATP configuration required to enable GATP.Experience in working on core interface (CIF). Creation, activation, and initial transfer of data from ECC to APO using CIF integration models.Knowledge of advance ATP solution in SAP S4 Hana is added advantageBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departmentsEducationBachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred#LI-REMOTEThe estimated base salary range for the GATP - Sr. Business System Analyst (US Remote or Madison, WI) role based in the United States of America is: $94,600 - $141,800. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
