Preferred Experiential Background:Minimum of 8-10 years total material experience, with time spent in a corporate finance group or management consulting firm preferredExperience with sequencing technology, life sciences tools, or similar products strongly preferredPrevious marketing or finance experience desiredExperience in and knowledge of molecular biology, in vitro diagnostics, medical devicesAbility to build business cases with quantitative market analytics, revenue, NPV and profitability projectionsMust have strong analytical skills and ability to tie detailed analysis to larger strategyStrong initiative, problem-solving ability and sense of ownership when driving projects to completionExceptional communications skills – with a proven ability to influence at all levels across a matrixed organizationThe estimated base salary range for the Associate Director, Portfolio Strategy role based in the United States of America is: $163,900 - $245,900. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
