Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary:Responsible for performing sub-systems alignment, calibration, functional test, troubleshooting, instrument final integration and system test.All About YouResponsibilities:Manage all calibration / preventive maintenance (PM) equipment via SAP Fiori (EAM).Ensure all calibration / preventive maintenance (PM) documents are constantly and properly updated to make available and up to date records of activities for future referencing.Perform all calibration / preventive maintenance (PM) task according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Keep the prints of all calibrated / preventive maintenance tools / equipment and enter details of prints into EAM (SAP Fiori) while keeping master copies of the said documents safely.Inspect conditions of calibrated measurement and specifications.Assist engineer on creation / updating Calibration Spec Form.Work with third party vendors on tools / equipment sending out and in-house calibration / preventive maintenance.Ensure calibration / preventive maintenance report is accordance to the Calibration Spec Form requirement.Perform / follow up on corrective actions to address identified measurement problems. Eg out-of-tolerance (OOT).Engage supplier / vendor for quotation on new / replacement tools / equipment.Purchase all new / replacement tools / equipment via Ariba.Prepare simple reports of department activities. Eg.
