You will be the face of the RFP/Tenders program addressing the response management workflow for Customer Data Requests (including bids, tenders, RFx, security questionnaires and other external requests), utilizing RFPIO (the third-party software tool) as a central component. You will build a vision of how to evolve the RFIO program to support predictable revenue generation.You will be responsible for enabling regional teams to adopt, utilize, and maintain the information with the RFPIO tool. You will work cross-functionally with other teams, including Commercial Operations, Commercial Bids/Tenders, Product Management/Marketing, Support, and other SME teams. You’ll be working on highly complex situations where problem-solving involving many stakeholders and processes are key. You will provide regular updates to Leadership teams on the progress of the RFPIO solution and address any key challenges early on.The successful candidate will have exceptional people, management, and organization skills, preferably in the Commercial group. The candidate is able to negotiate and persuade others in complex situations while preserving relationships. The candidate demonstrates a level of practical knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques.The person we seek is approachable, proactive, pragmatic, and visionary.
