You will be responsible for maintaining and developing software solutions to address various Identity Management business challenges, including (but not limited to) system provisioning, authentication, access attestation, role management, people data APIs, and new self-service solutions. You will work closely with other team members to understand both customer and system requirements for various engagements. You will work in an environment that is collaborative, innovative, fun, and build relationships with software developers and infrastructure team members along the way. This position calls for roughly 60% development and 40% engineering and support.ResponsibilitiesThe Staff Programmer/Engineer will own design, development, and operational responsibility for Identity and Access Management extensions and customization, as well as various tools and technologies, across a global environment.Working with Identity Management team members to rollout Sailpoint SSB to increase deployment velocityManaging/Automating QA and validation processes related to environment changesDevelop and build close working relationship with key GIS and Business teams to deliver IAM solutions for Employees/Contingent workforce, partners, and customers.Software architectural decisions related to of Sailpoint IDM platform including Access Request, Connector development, Certification implementation, and validation processes.Providing code review for all connector, attestation, and integration development to ensure quality solution delivery.Track performance of IDM Services and Identify ways to mature.Generates and monitors effective and actionable IAM reporting to support Internal and FDA audit processes.Provide operational escalation support for technical and business services including Sailpoint IIQ, Okta, and custom microservicesCreate and maintain detailed documentation for supported systems and work processes.RequirementsMinimum 5+ years’ experience supporting enterprise-level Identity and Access Management solutions through custom development, 3+ years of IAM architectural design, and 3+ years experience in SailPoint Development.Experience developing and supporting Okta and privileged access management solutionsSignificant experience developing Sailpoint Identity IQ workflows, rules, and integration logic using BeanShell, Java, and Sailpoint connectorsAbility to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams by sharing information, managing knowledge across many technology domains, and championing solutions for broad adoption of IAM solutions.A driven self-starter with a hands-on style and exceptional time management skills.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours; international travel may be required.Significant experience with a diverse set of technologies, including various programming languages, operating systems, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, platform support, and infrastructure automation.Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, HIPAA, etc.)Sailpoint and Okta certifications preferredEducationBS Software Development or equivalent experience#LI-REMOTEThe estimated base salary range for the Staff Programmer/Engineer - Identity Management, Sailpoint role based in the United States of America is: $136,100 - $204,100. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
