This position interacts closely with Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Clinical Affairs, and Clinical Data Management.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of Clinical Data Scientists across multiple clinical study projects, providing guidance, training, performance reviews, and recruitingProvide statistical programming leadership for diagnostic clinical studies in data analysis and reportingManage budget, timeline, and resource needsLead team activities including:Develop specifications and create/validate clinical analysis datasets and outputs that meet internal statistical analysis needs, industry regulations and best practicesDevelop, document, and maintain reusable programming codeMaintain complete and auditable programming documentationProvide support for clinical study data review to ensure data qualityRepresent Clinical Data Science team and engage cross functional teams to progress Clinical Data Science related tasks with proven influencing skillsLead process improvement initiatives and development SOPs and best practicesExperience managing programming systems and tools in compliance with Good Clinical Practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsListed responsibilities are of the usual duties associated with the position, but not exhaustive list. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
