This is an operational role where you will be the main point of contact for HR support within the Netherlands as well as supporting other countries across our Europe region. This is a site-based position where you will work from our offices in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You will be competent within HR functional areas including employee relations and performance management and will have excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience supporting a distribution/warehouse facility would also be beneficial.You will be committed to working onsite from our offices in Eindhoven, and it is essential for the role that you have fluent language skills in both English and Dutch.Responsibilities: Develop scalable policies and procedures which help to ensure efficiency and a fantastic employee experience.Ensure our culture of care is embedded in our programs, processes, and interactions. Analyse data to identify and assist in solving HR-related matters.Manage employee relations cases including performance improvement plans and absence management.Coaches people leaders on how to improve individuals' performance to meet strategic and tactical goals and objectives.Act as a point of contact for leaders and employees, answering HR queries.Working closely with HRBP, to provide advice to leaders.Manage assigned projects from conception to delivery.Partner with global HR teams (i.e. Leadership & Professional Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition) and Payroll team to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.Point of contact for Works Council, prepare Applications for Consent or Advice, for the Works Council. Work with the site leader to prepare for meetings and attend.Absence Management – Sickness absence registration, sickness reports.  UWV – Reimbursement applicationsPreferred Experiential Background.Some experience working as a Human Resources Generalist/ Business Partner.Prior experience supporting a business based in The Netherlands with the knowledge of relevant country laws, work councils, and absence management.
