If you want a brilliant, fast-paced, mission-driven environment, then Illumina is the place for you.The role:Reporting into the Snr. manager of the EMEA Distribution Centre, the Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities and line management responsibilities of the Inbound – RMA - Inventory Team on a rotating earlies and late shift pattern.You will be asked to supervise the labor planning for your shift to meet the daily capacity needs. You are required to maintain a strong focus on health & safety and quality, ensuring your shift’s output is aligned to the key Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People metrics.You will be asked to be involved in participating in process improvement initiatives directly related to your department. You will be owning your Team objectives.  Primary responsibilities will include:Supervision for one shift of +/-6 inbound, 1 RMA and 2 inventory control employeesSupervision for the daily resource planning for the outbound departmentSupervision for the Inbound – RMA and Inventory flowMaintaining the departmental business structureUtilizing SAP regarding all outbound related modulesSupervision for the operational output for one shift within the Inbound – RMA and Inventory departmentSupporting operational excellence activitiesProvide guidance to others within the team regarding EMEA outbound regulationsResponsible for maintaining relationships with internal customers directly related to your departmentResponsible for creating, reviewing and updating all global and local work instruction linked to the outbound processes.
