If you want a brilliant, fast-paced, mission-driven environment, then Illumina is the place for you.The roleTo be successful as Sr Business System Analyst you will work Global to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize processes impacting Supply Chain and the ability to fulfill customer demand. The role will heavily focus on Collaboration with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design. This is a key role in our organization where no day will be the same! You will have a responsive, flexible, and adaptable approach and work with high attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities:Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendationsIdentify and implement process improvements.Collaborate with the global customer solutions and GIS team to evaluate support requests.Gather and analyze requirements to determine if the best solution.Provide routine updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system to support regulatory audits, efficiency improvements, and additional functionality.Lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiativesLead the discussion and implementation of ILMN India legal entity and Distribution Plant setup for customer order fulfillmentEscalate appropriate decisions making requirements or process "choice points" to Global Process Owner and GIS LeadsAbility to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiencesAbility to deliver high-quality outcomes particularly under tight timelinesOpen to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practicesPerforms other duties as requiredPreferred background, skills, and experience:   Considerable years of SAP EWM experience preferredExperience functional lead with demonstrated capability to work cross teamsConsiderable to extensive years of professional experience in supply chain management systems and processesExperience in implementation of SAP EWM with various deployment options preferably EWM on S/4 HANA.Strong exposure of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound, Storage control process, Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections, EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory and Posting Change process.Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM.
