We are hiring for a Senior Internal Auditor II, reporting to the Senior Director, Internal Audit. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of risk management practices by supporting the planning and execution of audits and advisory engagements of key business functions and sites, focusing on operational, financial, compliance, and IT risks. The ideal candidate must have the highest standards of ethics and integrity, in-depth experience of risk-based operational auditing, strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and the capacity to work individually as well as in a team environment.He or she will perform duties of a moderately complex nature and work collaboratively to build relationships with cross-functional partners, at various levels of management, to ensure objectives are effectively and efficiently achieved. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
