We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.Q2 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage Q2 Lending Product / Solution implementation projects in Q2 ANZ region working closely with Implementation Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and the Development team. The primary role is initiating and managing technical implementation projects, translating and guiding the business processes into technical solutions that meet the Financial Institution’s requirements while also leveraging best practices. This role will be responsible for managing the overall expectations of the key client sponsors and executives while controlling project scope, timeline, quality and budget.  If you love problem solving and going above and beyond to satisfy clients and their ever-changing needs, this position is for youA Typical Day:Managing Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Invoicing, Stakeholder management related aspects of Project ManagementManaging custom development / configuration projects delivered by the Professional Services and Engineering organization at Q2Coordinating both internally within Q2 departments and externally with Q2 clients and 3rd party vendors on project schedule, status, and deliveryPartner with clients to enable Q2 teams to understand business requirements and expectationsDesign and execute project plans to deploy Q2 solutions from Pre-sales stage to Post Go-live including UAT (User Acceptance Test) supportTrack and control project resources to complete tasks in a timely mannerWork closely with the client, third parties and Q2 teams to arrange for resolution to issues that ariseTrack status and provide updates to Q2 leadership in relation to overall implementation processDefine and manage Project Management ProcessesEnable training and educating clients on the product and configuration optionsAbility to get changes of all types—including new features, configuration changes, bug fixes and experiments—into production, or into the hands of users, safely and quickly in a sustainable wayKeep attention to detail, create minutes, follow-through, prioritize, stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentShould gain a detailed understanding of Q2 products for a successful end-to-end project delivery.Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love.
