We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.Responsible for strategic product roadmapCollaborates with the VP of Product Management, leadership team and internal stakeholders to align long-term product roadmap with company strategyManages feature analysis, solution design and product development activities, including the following:Defining, analyzing and translating detailed business requirements for engineeringProviding detailed analysis and translation of bugs and defects for engineeringPrioritizing product feature requirements and development tasksManaging product feature backlogReviews metrics to determine customer satisfaction, feature adoption, churn/burn, development velocity, defect percentage, and delivery rate.Responsible for sales, services and partner enablement and support activities, including the following:Communicating product and feature development commitmentsDefining product roadmap and feature delivery timelineCoordinating product launch and release activities, including the following:Internal product trainingGenerating sales tools, messaging, marketing material and website contentCoordinating product demonstration environments and scriptsCoordinating internal, customer-facing and partner product documentationPerforming internal and customer-facing release demonstrationsConducting roundtable discussions with sales, services and partners to continually improve and refine enablement strategyDesigning and performing customized product demonstrations for strategic prospects and customersParticipating in sales discussion and presentations with strategic prospects and customers to support direct and partner sales opportunitiesProviding product expertise to in-flight projects and implementationConsistently reviews Salesforce.com product notifications and release documentation, participates in Salesforce user groups and maintains a high level of expertise with the Salesforce platformConsistently researches industry and technology trends, and reviews professional publications within each supported vertical marketParticipates in special projects as required5+ years’ experience managing a product portfolioKnowledgeable about cloud technologySalesforce experience is a plusTechnical product management experience is a plusProficiency with business analysis and solution designExperience with project, sprint and/or release planningExperience defining product strategy is a plusExcellent organization and communication skillsThis position requires some travel to customer and non-customer sites in the U.S.Health & WellnessHybrid & Remote Work Opportunities                                                                  Flexible Time OffCareer Development & Mentoring ProgramsGenerous Retirement Benefit Plans, including a company-matching HSA program.Health & Wellness Benefits, including a 12-weeks of parental leave for eligible new parentsCommunity Volunteering & Company Philanthropy ProgramsEmployee Peer Recognition Programs – “You Earned it”How We Give Back to the Community:You can learn more about our Q2 Spark Program, Q2 Philanthropy fund, and our employee volunteering programs on our Q2 Community page.
