We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.The Q2 Senior Strategic Partnership Manager APAC is a new role for our team and will be responsible for the joint sales engagements between Q2 and our existing partners.  In this role, the goal will be to leverage these existing partnerships to drive new sales and cross-sell of our lending and commercial loan book pricing solutions across the APAC region.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Banking, Alternative FI and Financial Services industries and will work closely with the Sales and Relationship Management and Product teams to not only advance sales promotion efforts, but also manage operational scale and future roadmap aspects of partnerships equally.RESPONSIBILITIES:Create and design a compelling “better together” value prop for partners and Q2 overall and specific Q2 solutionsDevelop and implement a strategy with the Q2 field on how to engage with partners and recommended sales plays to runWork with Marketing to design and build the key artifacts needed including presentations, joint customer facing presentations, win stories, partnership and integration collateralAlign Q2’s and partner sales teams to help hit sales targetsHelp promote the joint value prop to our partners and how to jointly position with prospects/customersIdentify and facilitate opportunities to sponsor partner events, to engage and do systematic joint account planning and sellingManage joint sales progress by territory and by team and track pipeline, win rates etc.; learn and continue to adapt the joint sales strategy and playsEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience8 + years’ sales experience in either a direct sales or channel sales role preferably within the Finance industry Must have previous experience selling within the cloud-based software industry, preference will be given for experience within the financial services industryExperience working in the Salesforce ecosystem with good working knowledge of the platform and solutions is strongly preferredStrong sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel throughout assigned regionAbility to work well in a team environment and interact effectively with support staffStrong computer skills (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Health & WellnessHybrid & Remote Work Opportunities                                                                  Flexible Time OffCareer Development & Mentoring ProgramsGenerous Retirement Benefit Plans, including a company-matching HSA program.Health & Wellness Benefits, including a 12-weeks of parental leave for eligible new parentsCommunity Volunteering & Company Philanthropy ProgramsEmployee Peer Recognition Programs – “You Earned it”How We Give Back to the Community:You can learn more about our Q2 Spark Program, Q2 Philanthropy fund, and our employee volunteering programs on our Q2 Community page.
