Our ideal candidate will be someone that has successfully managed and grown enterprise-wide data management and integration platforms and has established processes/policies to provide analytics and reporting in “as-a-service” and “self-service” business models first off. Additionally, they'll likely be the type of person that enjoys building strong working relationships with their business partners to develop joint strategies and roadmaps. Moreover, they'll have strong communication skills and have influenced executives to champion strategies and have a track record of building highly engaged and high performing IT teams. As a bonus, they might have led multiple IT technical teams simultaneously. The right fit should also have experience with Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Data Lakes and integration architecture.
