If you are someone who wants to have a seat at the table and collaborate with multiple business partners, has a strong sense of accountability and ownership, enjoys flexibility, and wants to contribute to a group that values subject matter expertise and deliverability, then you'll likely feel right at home on this team.A Typical Day:Participate in salary surveys and analyses and work to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect job duties; ensure jobs are appropriately measured against relevant internal and external benchmarksResponsible for reviewing proposals for new or revised classifications to determine salary grade assignmentServe as the compensation advisor for the HRIS systemSupport education of management on proper understanding of salary surveysSupport analysis of job ranges/levels and provide tools to benchmark internal employees and new hires against data; create and maintain common job titles and compensation levels across the organizationConduct job analyses to determine appropriate salary levels and advise management on compensation actionsHelp support annual review process, as well as any out of cycle increase proposals; provide necessary compensation tools to support merit/bonus recommendationsDevelop solid working relationships with Human Resources Business Partner teamConsult and advise HR regarding compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, market analysis, job evaluation, and other compensation projects and initiativesIdentify key compensation opportunities or areas of concern, analyze situations and develop recommendations to address issues; analyze current organization pay practices and make recommendations for changes to ensure equity and competitivenessResponsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered toAssist in developing incentive plans and provide consulting support on hourly production wage scalesLead compensation projects as neededBring Your Passion, Do What You Love.
