Help lead technological and architectural changes in our ever evolving SaaS solution, solve complex engineering challenges and drive engineering excellence in a dynamic environment and rapidly increasing scale. Your day-to-day Take end to end ownership of cross organizational infra projects from requirements to production.Evaluate technologies, run proof of concepts and promote changes in the technological stack.Lead changes, guide and collaborate with all other development teams in R&D.Be an affective part in owning and supporting the team’s services in multiple production environments.Use, learn and share best practices for high quality design, code and tests.Mentor junior developers to help them grow and evolve their technical chops. Have fun!What you bring to the teamAt least 6 years work experience writing code (preferably Java or Scala).Proven experience working on SaaS applications and Microservices architecture. Proven experience working on production systems and proficiency in maintaining complex systems at large scale. Experience working with Kafka and NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, Couchbase, DynamoDB) – an advantage.Experience working with Terraform in an AWS environment – an advantage.Hunger and curiosity to always learn, understand and play with new technologies.Mentor – love working with others to make everyone around you better.
