That’s why we’re a leader in next-generation cybersecurity.The Role and the Team The Senior Treasury Analyst role will support the Finance team in developing corporate treasury strategy, managing cash, daily treasury functions and assist in the ongoing implementation of new programs and services world-wide to automate and improve business processes. The Senior Treasury Analyst will work closely with groups across the organization including Accounting, Finance, Tax, Legal, Internal Audit, and IT.The role will be reporting into the our Senior Leadership team based in the US.Job RequirementsProvide support for worldwide cash, investment and foreign exchange trading, settlements and reportingProvide regional oversight of approving, monitoring and management of bank transactions in EMEA and APACDaily cash management including intercompany subsidiary funding and other payment requests worldwideWork with banking partners to evaluate existing bank relationships and available bank products and pricing; complete compliance reportingMonitor worldwide global cash and prepare quarterly reporting to Senior ManagementCoordinate and lead banking integration initiatives as we move bank operations and consolidate the company’s bank accountsSystem access management – manage online banking and trading (FX & Investment) portals, etc.Update and maintain users on multiple global banking portals as requested; work with legal team and banks for compliance requests, maintain/update bank accounts signatories and resolutions; maintain database of existing bank accounts and analyze bank charges for potential savings.Ensure existing procedures are followed in compliance with SOX requirements; interface with internal and external auditors, providing reports and assisting with SOX testing.Ad-hoc Treasury projectsWhat you bring to the teamBS/BA in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsFinance/Treasury related experience including International Treasury experienceMust be a self-starter who is able to work independently and ability to build effective working relationships with bankers and internal counterparts •Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Organized, accurate and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.Exercises good judgment within defined guidelinesExcellent communication skills and high level of attention to detailStrong understanding of cash management and corporate finance and accountingWhy ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.
