This person will own the intersection of online and offline marketing, managing an umbrella of programs that contain innovative physical elements such as meeting incentives, gifts, posters, magazines, welcome kits, book clubs, etc. This is a perfect way to flex your creativity and have a measurable impact on pipeline!This person will work cross functionally with many teams including marketing campaigns, sales, BDRs, PMM, and operations. They will also collaborate closely with other Program Managers for Email and Webinars to ensure coordination across all channels. Your day-to-dayCreate and execute measurable incentive programs that drive pipeline, with quarterly accountability for meetings & pipeline creation for North America. This includes managing timelines, cross team coordination, audience targeting, operations, promotion and analytics.Create and execute creative relationship-building programs for customers and ABM accountsLaunch and monitor on-demand incentive programs for BDRs to use for ad-hoc meeting settingPartner with campaign managers and sales team to ensure successful promotion and follow up of all programsPilot new program types and vendor relationships that help expend our footprintProvide additional project-based support as needed across the group, specifically for Email and Webinar functions*Sunnyvale-based remote position; expected to come onsite as needed for planning and eventsIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
