PSMs provide guidance, share knowledge and skills with all PCMS support teams, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed as they drive clients’ programs to an advanced state of information protection security maturity.Your day-to-day Acts as consultative, trusted adviser to assigned clients, owning the relationshipResponsible for day-to-day activities for assigned clientsDevelops 12-month road maps for assigned clients, expanding their scope, maturity, and security postureMaintains program roadmaps and is accountable for delivery of objectives against deadlinesAccountable for client satisfaction, retention and keeping their data secureGuarantees the highest quality of services deliveredLead client calls, develops discussion material, agendas and sends call notes to clientsOpen and assigns cases as requiredMonitor all clients’ cases to ensure that tasks are accurate, viable and completed within SLO guidelinesProvide flexibility with schedule to cover job requirementsEnsures adherence to service briefs, Proofpoint best practice, and SOPsWhat you bring to the team3-5 years of proven and successful related experienceExposure to the Microsoft Compliance Suite (specially Microsoft Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Defender tools)Proven success managing a team of people and portfolio of accountsBackground in Information Security, Project Management, Information Technology, Business Management, or similar fieldCapability to drive performance and achieve excellent resultsAbility to work effectively with team members and with clientsSelf-motivated, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated organizational and scheduling skills, strong time management skillsAbility to approach problems from multiple angles and find creative solutions (conflict resolution)Exposure to the Microsoft Compliance Suite (specially Microsoft Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Defender tools)Previous experience working in 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC)Previous Data Loss Prevention or Information Security experience PreferredIndustry standard certifications (CISSP, PMP, CISM, etc.) PreferredWhy ProofpointAs a customer focused and driven-to-win organization with leading edge products, there are many exciting reasons to join the Proofpoint team.
