One of our ultimate goals is to foster a better employee experience across the organization by providing positive interactions between employees and HR.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern, who will create this positive experience to all our customers, to join our Human Resources Shared Services Team. If you’re ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources and build real-world experience with HR operations, benefits, employee development, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures, this is the internship for you. You will have an opportunity to multi-task a lot of different and interesting work, including providing support to HR colleagues, executives, managers and employees with HR inquiries and by delivering a high level of customer service through different support platforms (i.e., emails).Provide support on a range of other processes which could include Workday, onboarding, benefits, employee terminations, and verification of employment.Contribute to the on-going development of the HR Shared Services Knowledge Repository.You may be involved in supporting our HR Centers of Excellence activities, which will vary from running ad hoc reports to support benefits programs.Provides direct support to company employees, other HR groups and company management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions.Processes various paper and electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, termination of employment, etc.Provide insight and guidance on opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in a variety of projects to improve the existing overall HR Shared Services function.Special projects, as required Job Requirements Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail.The ability to be proactive, eager, energetic, team player who works well both independently and in collaboration with other members of the team.Loves to partner with others and seeks input to make a better-informed decision.Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes.Demonstrate a high integrity, confidentiality and cultural humilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPursuing a bachelor’s degree and/or certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field Candidate ProfileYou have the ability and interest in working full time (maximum 40 hours/week) in our Sunnyvale, CA office or remotely. You are pursuing an undergraduate degree and successfully maintaining an above average GPA.
