It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Sr. Staff Production Engineer Proofpoint is looking for an experience individual to provide expertise and experience as we enhance our CI/CD program for our CLX, Authority and CSP teams who deliver email and mobile (SMS, MMS, RCS) protection products.Objective of the positionWe are seeking an individual with industry proven experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in support of our core detection products and services. You will apply your expertise to interview engineering teams, understand their challenges, and make recommendations and document requirements for defining and implementing a pipeline that allows product teams to better scale product development, with the goal of faster feature velocity while maintaining or improving software quality.Responsibilities:Understand the Proofpoint technology and provide technical input and direction to solve high impact problems on how to achieve product team CI/CD goalsProvide technical leadership and oversee defining requirements and guide implementationSupport and foster collaboration within product teams for software development and testingSupport and foster collaboration between product teams and operations teams for smooth deploymentsConsult teams on processes that support CI/CD and improved feature velocityDevelop deployable development and testing environmentsMentor software engineer team members and lead by exampleYour experience:Experience working with teams in agile practices12+ years’ experience and knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, software development processes and test automationExperience working with multinational, distributed teamsProven track-record on moving teams forward with CI/CDStrong communication skillsProven ability to drive change and gain buy-in from teams#LI-EC1If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Consistent with Proofpoint values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
