We are looking for someone detail-oriented and results-driven that is able to own their respective programs. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will support the business and marketing aspects of Proofpoint’s digital marketing program in the Americas. You will be responsible for achieving revenue KPI goals, elevating the digital user experience and optimizing digital programs. You’ll develop the digital media strategy, working with agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders, and scaling initiatives to drive awareness and improve lead generation. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with thorough understanding of digital marketing, SEM, display, paid social, SEO and digital analytics, along with excellent collaboration and presentation skills.Your Day-to-DayMaintain and optimize Proofpoint’s Americas digital presence to support business objectives.Manage, measure, optimize and report on paid media programs including SEM, paid social and display to achieve marketing goals.Create reports with Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce and PowerBI to ensure the success of digital campaigns and provide recommendations on targeting and customer engagement.Develop regular plans for website conversion optimization (CRO) in order to improve web experience and lead generation.Partner with internal teams to scope digital project requirements and act as a liaison for paid digital, analytics, SEO, content marketing, and creative services.What you bring to the teamBA/BS with 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, website optimization, or related positions. Experience in B2B marketing a plus.Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels with 5+ years of experience in SEM, display, and social platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.Hands on experience with major marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, etc) and Salesforce required.Proficiency in working with web analytics, testing, and data reporting tools. Highly data-driven and able to analyze data and turn data into actionable insights to facilitate business leaders’ decision-making.Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript a plus.Good project management, communicational skills and strong attention to detail is a must.
