Ready to shift mindsets?Your Day to Day As a Business Development Representative, you would be working on:Proactive Lead Generation --- You will follow up on leads obtained from marketing or targeted lists, progressing the leads to uncover prospects business needsCreate Opportunities within Assigned Accounts --- You will direct conversations towards uncovering the customers’ needs, progressing to a further meeting with an Account executive or opportunityPartner with Account Executives --- You will maintain constant communication with aligned Account Executives to discuss strategies and campaignsMeet opportunity and meeting targets --- You will maintain best practices around lead cadence to ensure leads are contacted immediately and a continuous cadence is kept during the lifetime of the leadWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Business Development Representative, your background will look like:Educated to degree level or equivalent experienceFluent in written and spoken English and GermanExceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis!Self-motivated, with excellent time management skillsPassionate about embarking on a career within sales and the technology industryYou’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team greater than the sum of its parts.
