We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist to join our customer support team!Your Day to DayAs a Senior Support Specialist, you would be working on:Advanced support --- You will take over escalations coming from Level 1 Support Specialists.Troubleshooting --- You will identify, repeat, limit and solve customer problems together with developers.Stakeholder Management --- You will cooperate with technical writers, product development and technical pre-sales teams regarding troubleshooting and testing new fixes.
