We are the team that provides the tools our coworkers need around the globe to collaborate with each other, deliver our products, and serve our customers.Your Day to Day As a Senior BI Engineer/Administrator you would be working on:- Business Support --- You will support end users (accounting and finance teams) with complex dashboard creation (including schema management) and updates. You will also manage break/fixes and enhancements.- Data Support --- Troubleshoot and resolve data load failures from NetSuite, assist with troubleshooting and resolving server issues, and manage data backups.- Compliance Reporting --- You will be responsible for SOX/ITGC and security compliance reporting for Incorta.- Manage System Access --- You will be responsible for user creation and termination of access to Incorta and Hyperion.What We’re Looking ForAs a Senior BI Engineer/Administrator, your background will look like:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Accounting, and/or Business5+ years of experience as Incorta Engineer/Administrator and/or BI engineerExperience with Hyperion and NetSuite are advantagesDesire to learn and understand the technical and functional side of HyperionStrong interpersonal skills, along with English verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with the business stakeholdersYou’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is very much the sum of its parts.
