When you join GoTo CSP team, you’ll take on a vital role in this process and see your work be used by millions of users worldwide.Your Day to Day As a Software Test Engineer (SDET), you would be working on the following:Testing --- Testing all Customer Support Platform components– manually and using automation. Designing and delivering test plans and test cases. Maintaining and extending our current automation solution to increase coverage, improve efficiency and ensure quality. Designing security testing and implementing it.Team knowledge base --- You will actively use and contribute to knowledge-sharing opportunities: documentation, training, best practices, and retrospectives. You will participate in code reviews and collaborative decision-making. You are joining a Scrum Team, where your active contribution is required: work in sprints, manage tickets, join in backlog refinement, retrospectives etc.Team Collaboration --- fostering teamwork and communication within our team to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of team dynamics, communication tools, and agile techniques.What We’re Looking ForAs a Software Test Engineer (SDET), your background will look like this: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or another relevant degree, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of relevant, professional software testing experienceSolid understanding of QA methodologies/practices and test automation conceptsExperience with programming and/or scripting languages, especially in the realm of test automationStrong experience in Process Automation. Clear and concise technical communications in English.Ability to manage one or more work streams concurrently and deliver on-time. Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations in an Agile environment.You’ll work towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team more significant than the sum of its parts.
