Job DescriptionWhere you’ll work: Guatemala, remoteAccounting and Finance at GoToThe Accounting and Finance team is essential to our business. While the specific roles may vary, you will be at the center of our organization and an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all our business activities. This is where you make an impact.Your Day to Day As a Customer Payment Support Specialist, you would be working on, but not limited to:- Work within a Queue team managing a Portfolio of customers- Outbound Collection Activities -You will initiate engagement with our customers through outbound emails and phone calls- Inbound Activities – Responding to incoming customer emails and phone calls- Solving Customer Disputes - You will support our customers through efficient and timely dispute management and resolution- Interdepartmental Collaboration -- You will be collaborating with other departments to solve customer disputes and answer customer inquiries-This role will also entail:Engage with customers via email on a daily basis.Follow up on unresolved issues.Accurately take update customer billing database.Assist customers with their billing needs.Appropriately escalate customers when necessary.Provide world-class customer service by communicating clearly and de-escalating customer disputes via email.What We’re Looking ForAs a Customer Payment Support Specialist your ideal background would bePrior experience in a collections or finance roleHigh level of proficiency in English, equivalent to at least 90%.Ability to thrive while managing high transactional volumesSelf-motivated, self-starter, resourceful individual who excels at communication and collaborationYou’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is very much the sum of its parts.
