If you’re eager to build strong, collaborative relationships, help achieve a common goal and make a lasting, daily impact - you’ve found the place to do it.Your Day to Day As a Learning & Development Specialist ,  you would be working on:Executing our Learning Talent Development Strategy in the following areas:This role will focus on delivering training for managers and teams globally and will be the dedicated learning partner for our Marketing and Customer Care organizations.Develop, design and deliver programs for our global people managers in alignment with our core company competencies and business requirements.Engage with people managers and HR Business Partners to ensure training programs are meeting and aligned to business needsLead the facilitation of group/team/individual team building and training sessions as required, virtually and in-personManagement topics include but are not limited to: Coaching, Change Management, Resilience, Performance Management; CommunicationsWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Learning & Development Specialist, your background will look like:Proven track record and previous experience in designing and delivering management trainings, in a high-tech work environmentProficient in designing trainings from scratch or adapting existing content, to a multi-cultural workforceCan build effective relationships with team and business partnersAbility to work on own initiative on project-based tasks, in a fast-paced environmentInsights Discovery Certification, an advantageYou’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is very much the sum of its parts.
