We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! What you’ll doWork closely with clients, developers, system administrators and BA’s to build AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms) & Marketing Cloud solutions and Translate business requirements into technical detailsAdvise and mentor development groups.Deliver requirements for integrated solutions across various solutions.Responsibility for creation and following day to day architecture plan.Lead the implementation team (technical consultant to do the work)Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to AEM and Marketing Cloud solutionsWhat you need to succeed 4+ years development experience using any JCR based WCM products, AEM2+ year’s core experience as an architect on a WCM Project. Strong problem-solving skills.3+ years of Java programming experienceExcellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skillsExpertise in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling, OAK and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc. and the AEM development and deployment process.CMS Design, Java/J2EE, Sling, Application design and development experience, J2ME/Java/J2EE and OSGI.Deep understanding of the Site deployment, Cashing, Clustering and replication mechanism’s.Web application design experience, HTML5 and responsive design a plusStrong skills to effectively interface with client totally a must. Great business analysis skills with architecture and implementation experienceRequirements analysis, conceptual, logical and detailed design skillsConfiguration planning, testing, change management knowledge and experiencesStrong collaboration and team leading skillsExperience with software design patterns is advantageousAgile Development Methodology experience is advantageousOverall experience of 10-13+ years
