The OpportunityThe Sr. Director, Business and Strategy Consulting is a member of the Americas Professional Services leadership team, responsible for business and strategic service offerings and delivery in the Americas. Focused on defining and delivering outstanding consulting services to help customers codify and scale digital marketing strategies, unlocking value from their investment in Adobe solutions! Leading an outstanding strategy organization of experienced managers and consultants who deliver excellence through assessments, workshops, value definition, benchmarking, and use case execution in tandem with technical implementations. Ensuring project success and customer satisfaction, contributing to client success through direct engagement and relationships as well as broad practice oversight. Scaling standard methodologies to help Adobe customers innovate to meet constantly evolving customer expectations. By delivering value and impact through business and strategy consulting engagements, this person will meet strategic metrics including revenue, margin, and utilization.In addition to leading the Strategic practice in the Americas, this leader will have global responsibility for Adobe methodologies in these practice areas. Orchestrating the thought leadership, methodology, and enablement priorities of the global Business and Strategy practices, and execution against these priorities will be accomplished through close collaboration and partnership with international counterparts.What You’ll DoLead all aspects of delivery of consulting engagements focused on client value realization, user adoption, and successful execution of multi-solution use casesLead standard methodologies, using global expert practitioners for knowledge and scaleLead the delivery model, methodology, and templates to ensure client satisfaction and success while achieving Adobe's business goalsCollaborate with Product teams to facilitate knowledge exchange. Along with an understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for executionIn-depth practitioner experience and knowledge of strategy consulting, management consulting, and/or functional business consultingExperience aligning product feature/functionality to client needs in the market, and tailoring services and results to meet those needsKnowledge of the relevant positioning of Adobe's integrated Digital Experience solution stack in the context of large scale digital business transformationExecutive leadership skills to develop, influence and empower a diverse and international team to deliver resultsDemonstrated success leading by influence across a matrixed organization. The U.S. pay range for this position is $247,200 -- $482,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
