Individual should be able to lead a small team of 2-3 developers technical. He should have both hands on experience to delivery projects as an IC and act as backup to and or support TA . Individuals have experience in integrating HTML, ability to write JS. Also having experience is working on UI framework such as angularjs, reactjs, and nodejs is preferable.
