We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity:The Adobe Technical Services (ATS) M&A Integrations Director will drive the overall acquisitions technology integration strategy and approach for newly acquired companies, accelerating value delivery for Adobe. This role will represent ATS and collaborate with other groups, business units and functions to drive deal realization, unlock value and successfully integrate companies into Adobe.What you will do:This role will drive M&A integration efforts, including IT due diligence and planning, IT onboarding, technology contract disposition, short term business enablement solutions, long-term systems and process integration planning & execution and asset archival and decommission.In addition, working with process and architecture teams, this role will drive completion of planning for fit-gap analysis and design (timeline, scope, resourcing, funding) to gain PPC approval from leadership. Once approved, this role will oversee execution of short, interim, and long term, system, and business process integration.Success in this role demands someone who can build key partnerships, thrives in times of controlled-chaos, who is motivated by fast-paced decision making and execution, who can remain calm under pressure and effectively lead a team forward despite ambiguity.What you will bring:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical field, MBA, or equivalent work experience required.Consulting background or experience is desirableProven experience driving complex large-scale M&A integration projectsDemonstrated ability in technology integration, business operations, and/or program managementDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive effective strategy is required as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are essentialOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $155,100 -- $300,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
