The role of the BD Manager is to develop, maintain, and continually grow a partnership ecosystem in the Americas region (AMER) that will drive B2C and B2B sales revenue targets for the Adobe Document Cloud and Creative Cloud SaaS business.  The successful candidate will have extensive experience in hi-tech, a history of growing existing partnerships & developing new ones, negotiating & launching sales/marketing agreements, and working with cross-org stakeholders, including product management, marketing, finance and operations.  This position will need to draw on your excellent communication skills, your ability to multi-task and perform under pressure, your “can-do” attitude and ability to work in a team environment to garner success.     ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing partnershipsIdentify and develop new business models, market opportunities and channels to extend Adobe’s market reachBuild a sales pipeline to uncover and sign-up new partnersLead contract negotiations and close agreementsDrive consensus and development of co-marketing plans across internal teams and with partners to drive campaign launches and drive measurable resultsParticipate in weekly, quarterly and annual planning and analysis to prioritize partnerships ROI, optimize campaigns and forecast partner sales pipeline. RequirementsThe ideal candidate has 7+ years of combined Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) SaaS experience at leading high-tech companies in a business development or sales roleExperience with prospecting for partners in new marketsSuccessful record of working with many teams within a partner to drive sales growthExperience negotiating, closing, and leading large and sophisticated contractual agreementsValidated, tangible results in Sales and/or Business DevelopmentOutstanding at execution, organized self-starterCreative and a strategic problem solver with ability to conceive new business modelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other productivity softwareAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $103,000 -- $192,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
